1. Our services

Blood Test London provides:

• Blood testing services (via clinic visits or home kits)

• Analysis of blood samples through UKAS-accredited laboratories

• Online dashboard to view and track results

• Video consultations with registered UK General Practitioners

• Personalised health recommendations
  
  

We are not a substitute for your GP or emergency services. Our services are for informational and preventive health purposes. If you have symptoms, a medical condition, or a medical emergency, contact your GP or call 999.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Account registration

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete information

• Keeping your login credentials secure

• All activity that occurs under your account

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

4. Ordering and payment

Pricing: All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment: Payment is taken at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe.

Membership: Annual memberships are charged upfront for the full year. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. Appointments and testing

Booking: Appointments can be booked, rescheduled, or cancelled through your dashboard.

Cancellation:

• Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the booking price

• No-shows may be charged the full appointment fee

Home kits: Must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We are not responsible for samples that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Follow the instructions carefully — samples that cannot be processed due to user error are non-refundable.

Fasting: Some tests require fasting. If you attend without fasting when required, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

6. Results and consultations

Turnaround: Results are typically available within 48 hours of sample receipt. Complex panels may take longer. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.

GP consultations: Consultations are conducted by GMC-registered doctors. Consultations are for the purpose of explaining your results and providing general health guidance. Our doctors cannot prescribe medication, provide ongoing care, or replace your NHS GP.

Accuracy: We use UKAS-accredited laboratories and follow strict quality protocols. However, no test is 100% accurate. Results should be interpreted alongside your medical history and, where appropriate, discussed with your regular healthcare provider.

7. Medical disclaimer

Blood Test London does not provide medical diagnoses, medical treatment, or medical advice.

Our services are intended for health monitoring and informational purposes. Results and recommendations are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If your results indicate a potential health concern, we will recommend you consult your GP or an appropriate specialist. In some cases, we may contact you directly if results require urgent attention.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by Blood Test London.

8. Refunds

Single tests:

• Full refund if cancelled before your sample is taken

• No refund once your sample has been collected and submitted to the laboratory

Memberships:

• Full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not yet taken your first test

• No refund after 30 days or once testing has begun

• If you cancel mid-membership, you retain access until the end of your paid period

Home kits:

• Refundable if returned unopened within 14 days

• Non-refundable once opened or used

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from your interpretation of, or action or inaction based on, your results

• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. . Intellectual property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by Blood Test London or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

11. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including sensitive health data.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through your dashboard. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
